I have a custom app developed which is meant for specific customers who are using our ERP system. The app has been published and I created an Apple Business Manager account. Then created the Redemption Codes and sent to my customers to redeem and install the App. Please note that the app availability setting is "All Countries". The problem is that I am based in Singapore, but the customer in Hong Kong gets the message saying "This code is valid only in the Singapore Store". how to resolve this issue?
