Xcode 13 Beta 5 not building

Previous betas built app but now errors appear I have 2 that appear.

Encountered an error communicating with IBAgent-IOS and this is for Launch Screen.storyboard

Command CompileAssetCatalog failed with a nonzero exit code.

I figured it out. I had to build one of my old projects with iOS 14. Once the simulator came up then I rebuilt my new project in iOS 15 and it came up with no errors.
