Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect

Hello!

I enrolled in the Apple Developer program during the last week. Everything went smoothly with payment, getting access to developer.apple.com, generating certificates and such.

But, I can't login to App Store Connect, all I'm getting is this message when I click the "App Store Connect"-button in the developer.apple.com dashboard:

Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect.

Been having this issue for 3 days so it doesn't seem like it's going to resolve itself..

I have the same issue, log in from my apple mobile account was fine but log in from my chrome browser (on windows pc) resulted in the error. Never had this issue before for 4+ years

I contacted Apple support and they resolved the issue within ~2 days.

Solved after HOURS. Just go back to your regular Apple ID and add a credit card (billing info). That was it. Not sure why they don't just say that, but here's how I found it.

I was on with an Apple Support tech and he was confused and he asked what URL I was on. I look, and the full url had something like "error-missing-credit-card-information" or something like that, and I'm like "wha???".

I tried it - yep. Worked. I told the Apple Support guy that they really need too explain their errors a little better :)

PS: If you click "Learn More", you get to another login screen, which looks like a circa 1997 Geocities site, but that login will just do an endless loop until you add the credit card.

Apple wanty monnnneyyyy!
