but According to the SEBI Guidelines and AMFI Guidelines we are registered as “Manish Aggarwal” in Individual Capacity and hence can’t use the Organisation Account at any level because it will be illegal. Manish Aggarwal is Sole Proprietor of this app “Manish Aggarwal”. As you don't provide D-U-N-S No. to Sole Proprietor/Individual so how we can do so and also we are taking care of all the data and making proper follow of Apple Policy and Guidelines with due care and not collecting any kind of data via the app as it only shows client there portfolio valuation based totally from our secured servers data. This is really very painful that we have paid your subscription 6 months ago and still we are chasing for making our app updates live. There is nowhere clear instruction is written which can help business owner like us who are properly Certified via Stock Exchange and working in Individual Capacity. Initial days we submitted our app with Manish Aggarwal, but you need D-U-N-S No., which we can't have. Now you are saying about to convert the Developer Account from Individual to Organisation, if we do so then it is not legal as we are not any company or Separate Legal Entity. NEED CLEAR INSTRUCTION WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. WHAT ALL YOU NEED. Please understand our business is hampering due to this. I hereby request to reconsider the app as soon as possible and publish the update to the store.
