I'm getting this erorr when I try to upload my app. I have tried re-running it so many times.

It was working yesterday but today it does not work. I'm not sure.
Were you able to resolve the issue ? I am also facing similar issue.
I'm facing this issue now. Did it eventually resolve itself, or did you have to do something to fix it?
Edit: After retrying several times without changing any of my scripts, the problem eventually resolved itself. Must be a server side issue.
I also just encountered this trying to upload an IPA yesterday. It still happens as of this morning. It sounds like it might be a "wait for the server to fix itself" situation? I've made sure that my bundle ID is correct on appstoreconnect.apple.com - it hasn't changed in years.
We have a number of apps, and we have been seeing this intermittently using xcrun altool --upload-app ... for a couple of month, but it is definitely getting worse
