I am facing this issue, where after I purchased the redemption codes, the download link never appear. Why is this happened? Is this regional or country issue? What should I do to distribute my app to others by using Apple Business Manager?
Custom App Redemption Codes cannot be download

I'm facing the same issue and I couldn't find any answer yet.
We got our app approved yesterday and I can see it under the Custom Apps section. For testing purposes, we purchased 5 redemption codes and I can see the row which contains the order number and the quantity, but no download button on sight...
Any suggestion or advice would be much appreciated.

I had the same issue today. I ended up making a duplicate purchase (free codes, so no cost) and it re-entered the same order number and made the download button appear on the original order under the Redemption Codes section. If you haven't already, try making the exact same purchase again.
