Has apple banned Radio apps?

After two years of development , we are about to publish our app and we are facing a huge problem which is the Guideline 5.2.3 . It's impossible to get get the aproval for every station to be on your app , when you have thousand of stations. the app is working fine on Android platform for years and we wanted to do the same for iOS but we have no clue and we don't know what to do . we have seen that many radio apps have many stations and even the recording feature is enabled and get aproved . Please for those who are in the same situation please help us . Our app is like those and they are approved by Apple. which is really wired

Can we have information before enrolling ?

Apple GuideLine 5.2.3 Audio/Video Downloading: Apps should not facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third-party sources (e.g. Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, etc.) without explicit authorization from those sources. Streaming of audio/video content may also violate Terms of Use, so be sure to check before your app accesses those services. Documentation must be provided upon request.

Maybe you can try to explain to them that your application is like a real radio device, it only provides links/indexes for users to listen to audio streams directly from content providers, your application is not the one who streaming the audio content. your app just work as a audio stream player.

How was the problem solved? we are getting denial from apple for the same problem...

Hello do you soolved this problem ? i have same problem ? could you help me

No solution for me as well other than getting a written approval from each station I am listing in my app. Bummer! This is weird, tbh, I am providing a "portal" for those stations to be listen by the users, I am actually promoting those free stations as builtin, in front seat, it's not like I am hacking some premium feeds and giving the access :( From the ones I have received the written permission so far, they were more than happy about yet a new app promoting their radio channel. I guess we have nothing else to do but to comply and get those confirmations from each radio channel which comes built in the app.
