Hello, I'm trying to upload an app to App Store but when I want to submit it, it give the error " You must choose a price tier in Pricing.", however when I want to choose the price menu stuck I mean it doesn't show me any price.
please help me with that. I'm already check the permissions and my user is an administrator.

Currently getting this as well. Seems like something's broken. The pricing selector is broken for app pricing and in-app purchases.

I think this is the same error I am having.
I have contacted developer support about this and am waiting to hear back.
When you go to the price matrix (pressing all prices and currencies) from the pricing and availability screen, do you see this?

We can't process your request.
Go back to where you were and try again. If the problem continues, contact us.

I only see 'Choose', no actual prices.
