Hi. I accidentally wrote my email in the place of my educational supervisor's email. Can I somehow rectify this error or am I already disqualified?

In your place, I would send an email to just make sure that everything is fine. On the website, I can found this email: swiftstudentchallenge@apple.com. I believe that they will be helpful with your problem.
