Ratings and Reviews now missing

My app was temporarily removed from the App Store because I did not renew my yearly developer account. It only lapsed one day. I just renewed it, paid the $100 and my app is now reappearing on the App Store, but 10 years worth of reviews and ratings are now not showing up. Ratings and reviews section in blank. I did no release a new version or ask Apple to reset them. Does anyone know if these will eventually appear or should I contact Apple?. This is very strange.

Had the same situation. Credit card expired and the account lapsed for one day, and now its showing no reviews. Has anyone seen their reviews get restored or gotten an answer from Apple?

To everyone here, I would advise to contact Apple support (by phone). Thanks to post any reply you get (I hope not, but I would fear deletion is definitive).
