Need help resetting Routing App Coverage File on App Store Connect

I accidentally created a Routing App Coverage File and uploaded it to the app store connect for my app. I was thinking I needed it to limit the apps availability to just the USA. I then realized that I should use the Availability setting to limit my apps availability. So I went back and removed the Routing App Coverage File and now every time I try to submit my app update for approval I get Invalid Binary. It appears as if my app still has a Routing App Coverage File. But it doesn't. My app is not a routing app.

The error I get back in an eMail is:
ITMS-90118: Invalid routing app setting: To upload a routing app coverage file on App Store Connect, you must define the app binary as a routing app.

But as I state above my app is not a routing app and I can't undo the App Store setting that was triggered when I accidentally uploaded a routing app coverage file.

How can I fix this as I can't see any option to reset the Routing App Coverage setting on the app store??
Same thing happened to me, why is this issue not being fixed from the apple side as I see a lot of similar reports over the years.
@JHRucker, did you find any workaround?
