Some users can't get IAP subscription info

I got the rejection with the reason below.

We found that your in-app purchase products exhibited one or more bugs when reviewed on iPhone and iPad running iOS 14.4 on Wi-Fi.

But when I check my phone and iPad, there is no problem.

I had a similar experience with one user of my app. The user also can't get the subscription info.

I think this error occurs specific country or device.

Does anyone have the same trouble? Could you share your solution?

I have the same problem, if you google this, you will see that this is happening constantly.

My app has been rejected 4 times now with that same message from App Review: Prices not showing up on iPad with iOS 14.4 on Wi-Fi. No clue what to do. I keep asking for a log of what they see but have been getting ignored. I'm using Unity IAP with local Receipt Validation implemented. If anyone here reports having this same issue and are not using Unity IAP, please do mention. This would help me confirm that the issue is not specific with Unity.
