Can not reject build version.

Hello,

My app is still waiting for review for around 6 days now... I already got a newer build and I would like to reject the version that is still "Waiting for review".

However, it seems that the button/link to reject the build version is not there anymore...

I tried the workaround described on this link, but it still doesn't work because the page would throw an error message saying "You cannot reject the App version in the current state.".

Does anyone know what to do in this case?

I just want to remove the build from review because I already got a newer build ever since I uploaded the older one.

I've got the same problem, with the app waiting for review for a week now, where the average seems to be around one day. I think the app is stuck in some broken state. Messages to iTC support have gone unanswered other than to say that they are escalating the issue, but I haven't heard anything for the last few days. I wonder if they even recognise that there's a problem. Hard to tell since there has been so little communication from their side. Good luck with your issue!

The issue still persists until now...

I can only hope they would look into this problem as my build is stuck in "Waiting for Review"... 😢

I've been stuck with this problem, into the 4th week of waiting. In contact with support who is relaying messages to engineering but im not hearing anything back.

Anyone else having this problem, would like to know that im not alone out there!!
