iOS 14.5 Magic Keyboard Language Stuck

Not only doesn't work the Shift Key anymore, I also am unable to use my default German keyboard setting, no matter what.

Hardware Keyboard Settings says German (Standard).
Software Keyboards Settings is German and does work.

Is anyone else having this issues?

I have the same issue. No external german Apple-Keyboard works with "Umlaute", no standard german "qwertz" Layout available. The same Error on german Logitech Keyboards as well.

I also have the same problem (but mine is Thai keyboard) after updating to iPadOS 14.5 beta. I’ve tried the latest beta 3 yesterday and it’s still not working. Hope Apple notices this issue and fixes this in the next update.
