Hello,
I get my prank call app (a simulated call with a ghost) rejected by review team for 1.1.6 appstore guidelines.
is prank call app accepted?
if the answer is NO ... so why I still can see a lot of prank app approved on the App Store recently.(some was approved on December).

Generally, Apple doesn't like such apps. You may try to talk to the review team and explain why your app is different than other prank apps and how all parties may benefit from the app, but overall this is a really hard niche to get into. (Pranks). Even Apple mentions this in its own guidelines.
