Why I am not able to see the iOS app ratings & review

Hi Sir,

I am not able to view the iOS app ratings & review in Appstore connect. But I can view the macOS app rating. Previously there was a drop-down to switch the apps from macOS to iOS. But right now I am not seeing it.

Could you please let me know the reason? And for your info, I am having Admin access to this account.

Here there is no provision to add screenshot.
