Ios 14.2 iphone xs

Same issue with mine. iPhone Xs Max after upgrade to 14.2. My battery drains at an alarming rate and also take like eternity to charge full! I wish I can rollback this update 😭

Same with mine. Admittedly it's a second hand iPhone 7, but until the 14.1 update 2 days ago, the battery was easily managing more than 24 hours on a single charge, even with normal use, calls, multiple daily app usage etc. Now it drains in 60-70 minutes max, even if I have closed all the apps & despite having followed all online tips to maximise battery life. So unhappy. I certainly wouldn't buy a new iPhone next time if this is how little thought they put into their software releases, I was thinking of it when my current contract ends but it's not worth the money. Why bother releasing the 14.2 update when it made it the battery issue worse?

Further to my previous comment, I've now discovered that my phone is now not even ringing when I get an incoming call or text. I just get the little notification on the icon to show that I've missed a call. I've turned it off as it's completely pointless leaving it switched on.

My Xs Max drains so quickly after an upgrade to ios 14.2 at an alarming rate I have to move with my charger everywhere I go unlike before an upgrade where I could charge it once after 24hrs. I also noticed that it takes forever to get full charged I have to let it charge overnight otherwise it takes 4-6hrs if I use and charge at same time. Battery has never been an issue with previous ios softwares
Any help please?
