Can't create an Achievement in App Store Connect.

I have leader boards for my game in App Store Connect, they work.

But when I add an Achievement, I can make a new one with the (+) button, but as soon as I [SAVE] the new entry, I get an error from the web site:

! There was a problem retrieving the data for this page. Please try again.

I have filled in all the fields, and provided at 512x512 PNG image. (I can even see a tiny thumbnail of it in the list, before I click SAVE.)

Note: The same happens if I try to save it without an ENGLISH entry.

What's up with that?

Support sent this to engineering, who fixed it somehow. No idea what was the cause of this.

If it is an outage, it should have been reported here:

https://developer.apple.com/system-status/

I am disappointed that this is so in-limbo. Apple often has these weird bugs in their portal that go on unnoticed for far too long.

I have a ticket open with code-level support, hopefully they will be able to see what is going on. But they haven't gotten back to me yet.

I was getting that randomly as I was updating images for Achievement cards. While App connect itself shows correct images they are not being seen on device by my app . This is unusual normally they appear immediately. Have opened a support ticket.
