I am using AdSupport Framework but while submitting binary to review, iTunes not asking for IDFA settings. What should be the reason?.

Still waiting for Apple to answer in the resolution center because I just got rejected by resubmitted already-passed-review IPA with 'my app uses IDFA' setting in the second time.
