Apple Arcade publishing questions

Hi ,

1-How apple pay for developers who publishing their games on Apple Arcade ?
2- is this based on time user play the game ?
3-Is it fixed amount ? or do they pay upon development or after the game is live ?

4- Can I submit a game that currently live on Apple Store , I want to shift from app store to apple arcade ?

I think Apple pay developers depending on how many users who use your game and how much time they spend on it. And I guess that you can only submit unreleased games to Apple Arcade.
