Cannot renew membership

I have created an order to renew the membership successfully and received an Order Acknowledgement email, an email indicating that the order will be processed within 2 working days, but it has been 5 days since I received it and still don't get any response from Apple.
I have the same problem, never got any response email from apple..
I have the same problem, I applied last Thursday and until now I haven't received a response. Phone support always shows "Unavailable" too (Egypt), I have also contacted the via email but no response.
Same problem here. It has not been more than 2 days, but I was not charged. It was never like that before.
