Is there a way to retrieve the bluetooth identifier and iAP2 identifier for the headunit?

I'm trying to enable EV routing in maps, and I need to be able to define an INCar object, which requires the bluetooth identifier and iAP2 identifier of the head unit running CarPlay. Maps uses these, or at least the bluetooth identifier, as an index to the INCar object.

I can't find a way to retrieve this programmatically, and the unit itself isn't publish this info (via bluetooth scanner).

My fear is that I only get to know this if I'm the EV manufacturer of the OEM head unit.
Is there a way to retrieve the bluetooth identifier and iAP2 identifier for the headunit?
