Does the name of app in the App store HAVE to match exactly the name of the App once downloaded

Suppose I have an app in the app store named "Super Duper App".
However, I want the downloaded app to have the title "Super" on in the OS. (Once they open the app it the splash screen etc will still say "Super Duper App".)

Will this violate any Apple terms?
How do you set the app title in the OS? Not sure it is possible never mind allowed. I'm thinking though - why don't you use subtitle? Then app title is Super and sub is Duper App, so on store it displays something like Super Duper App but on device just Super.
Expect pushback during review if you play games with the app name...
