Create personal team after along with company teams

Hi,
I'm currently a member of 2 company development team but recently I decided too release my own app so I payed for my own personal team. The billing has been made, but I haven't seen any changes. I don't see personal team in the list in my account and I don't know the way to create it.

Of those 3 examples (teams/accounts), how many used unique Apple IDs...correct answer is none.

If you reused the same Apple ID at all, you may need to contact support directly and ask them if they can help untangle.
