I wasn't able to catch the due date of my yearly renewal due to mobile phone number issue.

I need help on how to renew my Apple Developer Membership.

Log back into App Store Connect and there should be a reminder with a link you can use to proceed.

Or, use the Accounts link above and visit the Member Center to do something similar.
