since the last update OS and configurator am unable to use apple configurator I get an error

"Une erreur interne s'est produite. L'appareil n'est pas occupé alors qu'il devrait l'être.
ConfigurationUtilityKit.error-0x321 (801)

I use 5 different iPad and i get the same error
I try make a new profile and same error

do you have any idea
