Only "Users and Access" Visible

Hi,

I currently have Admin access to our corporate account, however I am only able to access the "Users and Access" section of appstoreconnect.

Are there any special privileges or roles I require, or anything else I may have missed?

There are two role categories - Member Center (Developer Website), and App Store Connect.

An 'Admin' role applies to both, but there are different rights associated based on.

Which one are you?

What is it you expect to do via ASC?

Hi,

I know this thread is old but I got the same problem. I have admin access on both developer.apple.com and the users of appstoreconnect.

Having the same issue. Have contacted support in the mean time but if you know better please say.

same issue - upper right user I have two options

Company Inc - X####### Company, Inc

the bottom one is the 'appstoreconnect' - but if i select that, the web page redirects, then reselects the top one.

an alert saying WHY i can't select the bottom one would be really helpful.

I'm also having the same problem. I'm trying to submit an app so I can use TestFlight but don't have the option to do anything app related.

I'm registered as an admin within my organisation
