I have encountered similar problem, finder will become loading and NOT response every-time select a file , if open a file by Xcode menu and select a file , Finder got not response too and make the Xcode got not response.

How to resove this?

I am having the same issue also, I have tried reset all the plist files for finder but still having the issue.

Spotlight is also not working correctly as a result.

Just found a not perfect fix - turn off preview by pressing shift+command+P

I have the same problem; @LouisDuan's solution (shift+command+P) seems to be working.

“finder not responsed” 是非常严重的问题。导致整个操作系统直接废掉了。我现在都怕了这 beta 版。都1个星期了，没有人处理。这么严重的问题。苹果开发人员不看的吗？？？？？？
