It's not in App Store updates and when I click on the beta 2 in my developer account it tells me the code has already been used.

EDIT:
There may be a better solution to this problem (If it works for you then it's certainly preferable to having to continually having to update from links):
sudo softwareupdate --set-catalog https://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-10.11seed-10.11-10.10-10.9-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.gz
The above command should set the update catalog correctly (something that doesn't seem to be happening automatically for some).
If that doesn't work then you can still download the DP2 updates as a .pkg file direct from Apple's CDN:
for the main DP2
for the recovery HD update
AND (previously missing from my post)
for the firmware update package

There won't be an el capitan beta configuration utility till after public release.
The developer previews that come before public release should already be configured to receive the subsequent developer previews and golden master.
You're quite right, in 10.11 my App Store PrefPane doesn't have it either - At the time of writing, another poster indicated that setting the update catalog correctly should make it re-appear. I took it on board without checking it myself - I'll remove reference to it.
