Apple ID trouble in Mac

Dear Supports team.
I changed several times password in my iPhone. I used VPN. I can sign in to https://appleid.apple.com and my iPhone. However I can't to sign in in App Store in my MacBook. I bought Developer subscription in 5 September. This trouble started 15 September. I can't turn off two-factor authentication it is not active in my phone. Could please check my Apple ID account baur84@gmail.com. How can I fix this problem on my MacBook?
