Unable to renew membership due to non-existing "company/team name" field on payment page

We're unable to renew our membership since 2 weeks. Membership renewal payment form constantly returns "company/team name (optional input) is too long" error. But there is no company/team name input on payment form. We contacted local store support team but they have no clue about the form and developer membership. We also contact multiple (i forgot to count) times to "eurodev" support but they rejected to understand problem and forward us to local support contact again...

Since our legal entity hasn't changed. We are unable to update our team/company name to get rid of that error (we guess that payment page uses our team name on the membership) and locked in the void.

My advice is to be sure to only use Safari on macOS to access the backend in this example.
