the app sells a service that allows users to buy a 1-on-1 coaching session with one of our pro-staff. After the session is complete we upload the video back to the users account on our app.

If that video can be downloaded from the app, would that be considered services consumable or non-consumable from the app?

A video that can be watched more than once is not a consumable.

Just to be clear, the video should only be watchable and downloadable only once to be considered non-consumable from the app?
