After submitting a review, I received a message saying that it was an "Invalid Binary".

The problem is that no error message is included.

The environment is Xcode 11.7. I don't know what's wrong.

Additionally, I recently added the Google IMA library(3.12.0~3.12.1).
Could this be the problem?

Yes, if it's incompatible/not up to date - you'll need to go to them and confirm, as that's not something we would know here, but that's right where I'd start.
