Build disappears from appstoreconnect

When I upload a build to appstoreconnect, it appears in TestFlight -> Builds section for a few minutes while it's processing, and then it disappears. There's not trace of it ever having been there. Any ideas? I upload using XCode and also Transporter. Same thing.

The transporter log says it's been uploaded:

then it disappears.

This is a daily FAQ - search here on: builds disappear

...and know that it is usually a matter of just being patient while the backend catches up with itself.
