DUNS Number Not working

I have requested our DUNS number and received it via email from the developer site.

However when I use that number to enroll in the program I get that the number cannot be authenticated.

I am only provided with a link to update the number which leads me to a page that asks me to enroll first. So I am a dead end.

Please advise.

eh?

Apple doesn't issue DUNS numbers. Perhaps you meant you checked to see if your company already has one.

If you think you have a valid 9 character number...

Are you using Safari on macOS

Are you using the same Apple ID associated with the account signup?

Using 2FA?
