Can't upload a binary to Apple - all services green ?!?!?

Xcode stalls at the end - first time I ever had this. So I got Transporter. My upload slowly gets to 30%, stalls, then the progress starts going down (how can that happen?).

Been that way for two hours this morning (9/2/2020). Am I the only one?

You're lucky you haven't issues before now ;)

Seems more issues than usual lately - the internet in general and the backend.

About green lights on dev systems...those don't always reflect reality, so...
