MBP Big Sur Beta 5 Startup Failure

I installed Big Sur Beta 5 last night. On power up it brings me to login screen, then takes me to the desktop and starts booting up the startup apps. After about a minute to a minute and a half, the fans blast at full power for ~1 second and the device powers down completely. Then it restarts and splashes the kernel panic screen and the process begins again.

I’ve tried running disk utility-> first aid (shows many “orphan x found”), restarting the PRAM, restarting SMC, and re installing the beta software but the problem persists. Diagnostics does not show any errors. Restarting in safe mode does not trigger the problem. Would like to hear some possible solutions to try, otherwise I’ll downgrade to Catalina next.

Device info: 2018 MBP 15 in touch bar with 6 core i7, 32 gb ram, 500gb storage.
I am facing same problem.
I have even tried reinstalling Big Sur from MacOS recovery but it doesn't work. I have been using Mac for the last 10 years and have been installing betas but never faced such issues so far. I am stuck now and need a solution asap.
Same here. I have tried all of my bag of tricks but so far only running in safe mode to on to research the problem. All of these betas have been flawless. Hope they release an update soon.
Same thing here. Safe Mode is the only way right now. I've tried everything from reinstalling (twice) to recovery mode disk first aid. Running in Safe Mode is painfully choppy at best!
Same problem here. Beta 4 Running flawlessly in a separate APFS volume. Software update from 4 to 5. Appeared to install ok with no interruptions. Then on initial and subsequent boots crashes as described. Loud fan noise and then shutdown -> Kernel panic.
? bridge os issue
Able to revert back to previous Catalina Volume and be functional.
MBP 16 / 32 Gb / 2Tb
Same issue here. Safe mode just causes the reboot to happen faster after logging in.
