Add Age Rating to New App

When I try to submit my app for review, I get the error saying "You must select the level of frequency for each Apple content description in the Age Rating section". However, when I go to General>App Information> The age rating section says "no age rating" and it does not allow me to change it. How can I fix this?

Hi Team,

It's under the general app info where you put the build number in!

Same issue. No way to submit my app for review!

The experience is just not very intuitive. Some room for improvement there!

I've seen several posts for this issue posted over the past few weeks with ZERO response from Apple. On the screen where we need to input an age rating, we're seeing "No Age Rating", with no way to get around it.

The bigger question here, though, is:

HOW MANY OF US HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE THERE GETS OFF THEIR *** AND HELPS US OUT?!!!!

I found a solution...

On the "Prepare for submission" tab...

Scroll down to the small "Age Rating" section on the left...

Click the blue "Edit" button...

Make the appropriate selections and resubmit... Godspeed.

Ok the real answer is that you find it under prepare for submission -> scroll down to General Information where the app icon is, and there should be an edit button next to the age rating header.

It is actually confusing because the words are the same: to clarify, the location is
Prepare For Submission - > (scroll down to where the app icon is) General App Information

and NOT at:

General -> App information

Hi friends, i am also faced the same issue, For that Goto General App Information->There you can see APP ICON, Copy Rights, Version. Version?-> Under-> Age Rating is there -> Click that and fill the details. That it problem solved

  1. Go to iTunes Connect > My Apps > Your app.

  2. Under App Store, from the left pane, click on 1.0 Prepare for Submission. (Note that 1.0 may vary depending on your app version.)

  3. Under General App Information, Rating may be edited.
