I'm seeing this mid-day on 8/13. Anyone else having issues? Everything looks green on the status page.
The status page may not reflect transient issues such as those that hit small groups/individuals.

I see the below error without any error intimation where as all the details are correctly filled up.

Getting the same issue here. We've got to get this distributed to the client in the next week, so we need this resolved ASAP.
That is the same thing happening here, Apple developers please response immediately with estimation at least.
Same problem here. I am also desperate to release an app for a customer.
Still no updates from Apple, and it's still broken. This is ludicrous.
Same issue here. Shame on Apple. As usual, Apple presents a message to keep its 3rd party developers occupied with guessing and waiting. Shame.

I'm waiting for my approval, I hope it resolves.
I was able to get past this bug by deleting the app entirely from the store and resubmitting. I made sure to not select the Distribution for Business and Education until after my app had been successfully submitted for review. I don't know if that has anything to do with this bug because the error isn't helpful. A lot of people are suggesting to be patient and wait for Apple to fix the bug but that didn't seem to help this past week.
