Cannot update DTK to Big Sur Beta 4

Hi,

My DTK machine shows that the Big Sur Beta 4 update is available, but when I try and apply the update I get the error:

"An error occurred while downloading the selected updates. Please check your internet connection and try again"

I do have a running internet connection. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this problem?

I'm having the same problem and same error message on my DTK.

I am also having this issue. Maybe a momentary server issue?

i solved this problem by clicking on the thing to the left in update that said my updates were managed externally and resetting it. Then going to my account and downloading the beta profile

can confirm that stfj's fix worked for me too - note that it is the blue hyperlink found under the cogwheel logo.
