Having issues authorizing payment for Apple Developer Program

I am trying from last 15 days from India , tried different credit cards
but unable to get my account activated. Apple guys say that they have not received payment, but when I contacted card company, I was told that apple has not attempted.

This is really shocking that world number one brand even not able to provide simple support/service.

Is this really Apple ? It seems worst than a small local company

Since the last month I have been trying to pay the 99 usd for the renewal, the order is placed but still no answer for them, I try at least 5 times, they have me holdind in the phone for 6 hours. Is this apple?? The biggest company in the world?? I saw a lot of cases with no response in the same forum. Apple HELLLO!! Pay atention to us
