Cannot install macOS Big Sur Beta

Hello all,
I'm trying to install Big Sur beta and I face the same problem every time - after the installer is downloaded, installation starts and when the progress bar reaches 12 minutes installation interrupts with an error message "An error occurred installing macOS. You can try again to complete the installation".
I encounter the same problem starting from Beta 3, then Beta 4 and now the Public beta.
I performed SMC reset and even complete reinstall of macOS Catalina with no avail.
Would appreciate any help or ideas.
My system is 15" MacBook Pro (15,1) running macOS Catalina 10.15.6.

clean install not workong. Upgrade not working.
several errors in the install log.

Having the same issues; I even struggle to get the installer to download. Guess it was a sign that something is off. Better to stay away from this beta; wonder why it was delayed.

I am having the same issue. No progress after 12 minutes and then it fails with an error on MBP 16

Same here

did SMS reset - no luck
now deleted installer - re downloading - need to check if it can
installer shows version 11.

Still awaiting answers.. Macbook Pro 16" 2019

Ok, did few more tries and when checking error - its all about BridgeOS udpate issue. Not sure why this is an error,

I am having the same issue (it always happens around 10-12 mins remaining):

An error occurred installing macOS.
You can try again to complete the installation.

I have reset the PRAM/NVRAM.
I have reset the SMC.
I have re-enlisted in the beta program.
I have re-installed the beta software.
and I have re-downloaded Big Sur install software

All with not avail...

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) 2.9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9

I'm getting exactly the same error. Has something to do with bridgeOS. I've tried creating a new partition. Re-installing Catalina. Finally I just wiped the entire hard drive and did a clean install of Catalina. Same exact thing.

Would love to know if someone comes up with a fix. Reboot certainly didn't do anything. I've also tried installing from a boot disk, installing in recovery mode, safe mode, internet recovery mode.

Immediate fix for me:

I had inadvertently enabled "FileVault" when setting up new 13" MBP. Disabled it and had no problem installing Big Sur after that.

Disabling FileVault did not help. I guess I'll wait for couple of more betas before trying again.
