Xcode 12 beta 4 - Unable to upload to TestFlight

I'm attempting to upload a beta of my app for iOS 14 to TestFlight distribution.

While Xcode trying to upload the ipa it show an error
"App Store Connect Operation Error - An error occurred uploading to the App Store."

How can I solve it ?

I also tried to use "Transporter" but I can't login in the app for this error "This action cannot be completed at this time (-22411)"

I'm having this same issue with the Transporter app.

"This action cannot be completed at this time (-22411)"

Latest macOS beta, latest xcode beta 4. Have logged out and back in of icloud, xcode etc still not working.

still happening! also, when trying go back to Xcode 11, project not able to open, so literally we are stuck and cannot upload the app to the store.

Also tried to export and upload by transporter - "This action cannot be completed at this time (-22411)"...

Any solutions?
