Change the App name for the Released app is not reflected in the next Testflight build

For the App which already in Ready For Sale state having one name. When upgraded the app with new version and changing the app name to different, the new name is not showing in the Testflight build. It showing the old name only.

To reflect the new name in Testflight build what should we do? Is that reflect only after Appstore submission and reviewed from Apple? Could you please clarify this?

If you've already confirmed the new build number/version is reflected in TF, but not the new name, it might be a matter of just having patience. Be sure to give the backend time to update info across all servers, etc.

The build number and version are reflected correct. But the name only not reflected with new one. The build uploaded to Testflight 3 days before. Still the name showing as old one only.

Could you please help to resolve this problem?
