Handling refunds in-app?

Is there a way to handle refund inside the application. I'm developing a non-renewable subscription based application using Ionic framework.

This is not supported in the iOS StoreKit framework. For any refund, the customer must be directed to Apple Care where the payment can be verified and refunded.
