Developer Transition Kit Mac Mini stuck in reboot loop

I have the new ARM based Mac Mini and it's stuck in a reboot loop. I do not see the Apple logo. The screen is blank and reboots continuously. It happened after I ran the upgrade to the latest version of Big Sur (beta 3) and rebooted.

Does anyone have insights?

Hello,

I have the exact problem. I tried every fix but the development mac is "dead"
