Updated Big Sur on DTK and keeps rebooting

Runs about 30 seconds and keeps rebooting. Been updating for a couple of hours.

I have the mini headless but will connect monitor and usb keyboard/mouse later on.

What should I do to fix the rebooting once I connect?
