DNS over HTTPS

Hi,

Since the beta versions of iOS 14, iPadOS14 et MacOS11. I noticed I couldn't resolve any private urls in my LAN. But all my Windows machines and Ubuntu servers can. I could resolve when I was on iOS 13, iPadOS13 et Mac OS 10 Catalina.
I've seen that Apple wanted to implement the DNS over HTTPS in the latest versions of their OS.
Now when I do a trace route of a nslookup with those machines it gives me my public IP address for this urls instead of my private IP address like it should because it supposed to pass trough a reverse proxy which all my other devices still do.
Since I setted up manually the DNS in MacOS, it does work properly again but not on iOS or MacOS.
Can we disable manually the DNS over HTTPS function?

Thanks in advance. :)

Any progress here? I'm looking into if it's possible to get around a similar issue - perhaps if it's possible to disable https for dns.
