App Store Connect showing two versions ready for sale

I recently released a new version (5.95) of my app

Yesterday, I found a bug and uploaded another version (5.96) to App Store Connect.

But when I enter App Store Connect web portal, I see 5.95 and 5.94 are both Ready For Sale.

Due to the restriction of max 2 versions, I cannot create a new release.

Does anyone know why 5.94 is still Ready for Sale? How do I remove this version. I'm stuck now and I must release 5.96 ASAP.

I'm having the same issue.
I have also the same issue.
I solved it.
In my case, I removed latest ready for sale app version.

AppStore Connect -> My Apps -> Your App -> General ->Pricing and Availablity->Last Compatible Version Settings->iOS

Click "All" label.

Uncheck latest ready for sale app version. Click "Done".

Refresh Page.

I hope it can help you.
Same problem.
I do not believe this is Apple's intended solution but Suni201114's workaround did the trick, thanks!

Edit: You can just toggle the previous version by unchecking it.,saving, hit refresh, then reactivate it and you're good to go.
Is there any official solution for this issue?

I am also encountering the problem of having 2 versions 'Ready For Sale' and cannot create a new one.

I had my latest release set to a 7 Day phased rollout but ended it early by hitting 'Release to All Users' and now are stuck with the 2 'Ready for Sale' versions.

Trying to trick below did not help as I was unable to save the changes after removing the first update from the last compatible version settings
