Safari Browser Issue for few Users on Specific site on Azure

Hi,
Few Users are unable to open our site (iPad) in safari browser but can open in google chrome, and this happen for those few users and not everyone.
We tried all safari settings and cache clearing but nothing seem to work. and our site is deployed in Azure Environment.Any suggestions would help
